Pink Oyster Mushrooms

I found a Pink Oyster grow kit by "Back to the Roots" at Walmart and decided to give it a try. This is after 3 days. I'm impressed! Now I will order several kits from this website! Awesome product!

Fun to watch expand

This was the last pic taken of the first flush. 2 days later they shriveled up and I picked and cooked them. Not sure what went wrong. We soaked again and are now growing a 2nd flush. We shall see I suppose

What a fun learning experience
